The Baptismal Ceremony of The Gospel Of The Egyptians:
The gospel of the Egyptians accurately known as the Holy Book of the Great Invisible Spirit is a Sethian text. The Sethian text includes a baptismal ceremony describing the celebration of Sethian-gnostic baptism. Other gnostic texts refer to baptism and its importance.
The Gnostics were religious mystics who proclaimed Gnosis knowledge as the way to salvation. To know self strictly allowed gnostic men and women to know god without needing Rabbis, Priests, Bishops, Imams and other religious officials.

THE HEAVENLY ATTENDANTS: GNOSTIC BIBLE
The dignitaries in attendance are Yesseus, Mazareus, Yessdekeus, living water, Jacob the great commander, Theopemptos, Isaouel and Mep--el, stationed over Grace.
Those stationed over the spring of truth are, Micheus, Michar and Mnesinous. The purifier Barpharanges is in charge of the baptism of the living. Miseus and Michar have control over the gates of the River of Life.
Seldao and Elainos are over the ascent, including managing those receiving the holy race, the incorruptible Mighty people of Seth.
Gamaliel, Gabriel, Samblo and Abrasax are the ministers of the four luminaries. Olses, Hymneus and Heurumaious are the supervisors of Sunrise.
Phritanis, Mixanther and Michanor monitor the entrance into the state of rest of eternal life. Akraman and Strempsouchos are the guardians. Eli Eli, Machar Michar, and Seth are the great powers, invisible, incorruptible and unnamable in spirit and silence.
Harmoztel is the luminary, the living self-conceived god of truth, with the incorruptible human Adamas. Second, Oroiael, including Majestic Seth and Jesus of life, came and was crucified under the law. Third, Deveithai is where the children of divine Seth are at rest. Fourth, Eleleth is where the souls of the children are at rest. Fifth, Yoel controls the entry of those who are to be ordained and to be baptised, with holy baptism that surpasses heaven. Those who undergo this kind of baptism have received instructions, understood, and will not taste death.

This great name of yours is upon me, you self-conceived and lacking in nothing, independent, invisible to all except me, invisible to all. Who comprehends you in speech or praise? Knowing you made me mingled with your constancy. I have armed myself, wearing the armour of grace and light and become bright.
The mother was there for the loverly beauty of grace. So, I stretched out my two hands, formed from a circle of dazzling lights in my chest, and enabled form to the many beings produced in light beyond reproach. In truth, I shall declare your glory.
